Insert your birth data and the gender then press Next again
Accept Google Policy & Privacy terms service and click I agree

Wel done now You have create your first account so You can use all Google App and service like YouTube, Doc, Sheets Photos etc... etc,,, but with your Gmail address You can sign up all the site and social network so as Facebook, Twitter.
